While I do have team members who assist me with the operations, technology and infrastructure setup and maintenance, there are too many small details and nuances when it comes to actually building out, testing and iterating a successful outbound campaign that are best handled by me personally.

The investment depends on the scope of the project, which depends on your needs and what you are looking for.
Typically this can range from $12000/m on the upper end to $3500/m on the lower end, which would still include everything essential to running a healthy campaign booking 20-40 meetings monthly.
Most people prefer to start small with the intro project and expand after they see the results, which I understand and encourage.
I offer sales asset consulting and creation services that work well to improve and enhance your outbound campaigns.
This is mostly the creation of sales assets and content for social channels. Lead magnets, linkedin posts and other sales assets.
This is because when these assets are combined with your outbound campaigns they create a beautiful flywheel effect, nurturing prospects, building trust and creating engagement signals to identify prospects to start conversations with.
I also have partners who are experts in other services (like linkedin paid ads) who specialize in work with SMB's in tech and professional service, and can make introductions and facilitate the partnership to help you scale your working campaigns.
Good Question! We can use your LinkedIn account as well as your teams for outreach, which has many benefits. However many clients prefer not to. Generally we would create persona profiles optimized for your outreach campaigns.

In certain cases direct pitches do work better, if they are relevant and you have the right signal data. In those cases they have to be personalized, short, sweet and contextual. Not everyone has time to yap on linkedin.
My GTM systems are built from the ground up with eventual hand-off in mind, so if you ever want to take these systems in-house I will personally facilitate this with zero downtime.
